Harvest Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 c. apples, diced
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. each ginger, nutmeg and cloves
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients well; add eggs and oil and blend well (batter will be thick).
Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar or frost with white frosting.
