Christmas Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oranges
    3 lb. sugar
    2 oz. citric acid
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    2 gal. water
Preparation
    Juice the oranges and grind rinds.
    Place rinds in bowl. Cover with boiling water.
    Let stand for about 5 minutes.
    Strain. Mix orange water with sugar and citric acid.
    Add fruit juices and water; mix well.
    Let stand overnight.
    Store in plastic container.
