Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    4 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    4 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. nuts (black walnuts are good)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Combine, then add nuts.
    Fill greased loaf pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This will make 2 large loaves, 4 small loaves or 12 cupcakes.
    Can serve with lemon sauce, plain or with whipped cream.
