Sweet Cherry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 (No. 2 1/2) can Bing cherries (I use two 1 lb. cans)
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. heavy cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. low calorie cream cheese
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; then add cold water.
Drain cherries and pineapple; add juice to gelatin mixture.
Place fruit in bottom of ring mold.
Pour half of slightly thickened gelatin over fruit.
Chill.
Whip cream; add cream cheese and whip until blended.
Add remaining gelatin; mix well.
Pour on top of chilled fruit mold.
Chill overnight.
Yields 8 servings.
