Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
    1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 box yellow or white cake mix
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    This cake can be made in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or a 1 piece tube pan.
    The \"dump\" method is to simply dump in the ingredients.
    Do not stir.
