Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, largely cubed
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
