Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's
2 tsp. oregano flakes
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 whole bay leaves or 2 tsp. bay leaf flakes
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
1 pkg. manicotti noodles
Preparation
-
Brown meat in large skillet.
Add onion, garlic and celery. Saute.
Add next 4 seasonings.
Set aside.
Boil manicotti with a little oil in water to keep noodles from sticking together according to directions.
Do not overboil.
