Easy Beef Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup diluted with 1 can water
    Salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop the cabbage, salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
    Brown ground beef with chopped onion, drain.
    Stir in uncooked rice. Place meat and rice mixture on cabbage, salt and pepper again to taste.
    Cover with tomato soup and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
