Stir-Fry Broccoli And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Canola oil
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    2 lb. broccoli, cleaned and trimmed; cut into flowerets and sliced
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    In large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons Canola oil over medium heat.
    Add mushrooms; saute, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove from pan; set aside.
