Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. wheat germ
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. Buckwheat flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached white flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a bowl mix milk, oil, eggs and wheat germ.
In a larger bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Combine both bowls together, mixing thoroughly.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Bake on hot griddle (greased).
Turn over when top side is bubbly.
If you prefer thinner pancakes, increase milk, for thicker pancakes, decrease milk.
