Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) bags frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    Ritz crackers or bread crumbs (approximately 12 crackers)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed.
    Drain and set aside.
    In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese and onions.
    Fold broccoli into mixture and turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Can be made ahead.
