Potato Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. mashed potato
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm
    2 beaten eggs
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except eggs and flour; add eggs.
    Add flour.
    If needed to make the right stiffness, add a little more flour.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    Shape and let raise for 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
