Vegetable Souffle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lime Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    4 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded raw carrots
    1 c. drained finely diced cucumber
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Step 1: Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Blend well with rotary beater. Pour into freezing tray.
