Swedish Meatballs(Kottbullar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dl (1/2 c.) fine dry bread crumbs
    1 dl (1/2 c.) light cream
    1 dl (1/2 c.) water
    200 g (7 oz.) ground beef
    200 g (7 oz.) ground lean pork
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Follow the recipe for meatballs.
    Shape mixture into a loaf and place on a buttered baking dish.
    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Baste the loaf occasionally.
    Add a little water if necessary.
