Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 onions, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 c. tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil or fat
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onions, celery and green pepper in hot fat until brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, tomatoes and water; cook until slightly thick, stirring frequently.
    Add cooked, cleaned shrimp. Serve over hot cooked rice.
    Serves 6.
