Lo-Cal, Low Sugar Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello (sugar-free)
    1 small can skimmed evaporated milk
    1 small can (no sugar added) crushed pineapple
    8 oz. no-fat cream cheese
    miniature marshmallows (about 2 c.; optional)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water.
    Add milk and cream cheese (room temperature).
    Add pineapple and rest of ingredients.
    Chill several hours to congeal.
