Loquat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    enough loquats to fill a pie crust
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel and seed loquats.
    Fill bottom crust.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, butter and lemon juice.
    Pour over fruit, then cover with a top crust and bake until lightly browned at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
