Turkey And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked turkey
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, diced
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    9 leaves leaf lettuce
    1 c. celery slices
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. fruit cocktail, drained
    3/4 c. light mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cut turkey into julienned strips (4 1/2 x 1/2-inch).
    Cut celery diagonally into slices (1/4-inch).
    Combine with fruits and almonds and mix thoroughly.
    Fold into turkey.
    Combine salad dressing, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and curry powder and mix thoroughly.
    Gently stir into turkey mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve each portion on chilled lettuce leaf.
    Garnish with strawberry or other brightly colored fruit.
