Janie Batten'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 small box instant vanilla pudding (3 oz. size)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix everything together.
Makes 2 pies.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
