Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cooked, cut corn
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped sweet peppers (red, green or mixed)
    4 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    In a large kettle, combine all the ingredients and bring slowly to a boil.
    Simmer for 20 minutes and pack boiling hot into hot jars.
    Seal at once.
