Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 cans cream-style corn
    3 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    2 large cans green chilies, chopped
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
    Add milk, beaten eggs, oil, creamed corn, chilies and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Put in buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until done.
