Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 tsp. grated onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and chill. Dip with vegetables or corn chips or cut cocktail tomatoes in halves and scoop out centers. Drain on paper towels. Spoon spinach mixture into each half and serve as hors d'oeuvres.
