Christmas Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. pureed banana (2 bananas)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine biscuit mix with sugar, cinnamon and allspice.
Beat banana, egg and vanilla into mixture, blending well.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
Spoon cranberry sauce evenly over batter.
Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans. Blend in butter.
Sprinkle over cranberry sauce.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
