Zucchini Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    4 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 large onion
    5 or 6 eggs (use egg whites or Egg Beaters)
    2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini; drain well.
    Saute garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Beat together eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, spinach, garlic and onions.
