Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. potatoes
    1 1/2 qt. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. French dressing
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    lettuce
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    stuffed olives
Preparation
    Wash, pare and cube potatoes.
    Cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Add celery, salt and parsley.
    Toss with a salad fork to mix.
    Add French dressing; let stand 3 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with mayonnaise and stuffed olives.
    Serves 50.
