Pickled Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans green beans
    2 cans wax beans
    2 cans lima beans
    3 c. sliced celery
    2 sliced onions
    1 diced red pepper
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. white vinegar
    2 c. bean juice
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Drain beans, reserving 2 cups of juice.
    Combine beans, celery, onion and peppers in large sauce pot.
    Cover with sugar, vinegar, water, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pack into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Remove air bubbles.
    Adjust caps.
    Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
