Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    butter
    egg whites
    8 to 9 apples, cut up
    Pillsbury pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour.
    Put apples in bottom crust.
    Cover apples with mixture.
    Add 4 or 5 pats of butter over apples.
    Cover with top crust.
    Brush egg whites on top of pie. Cook at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Make crust according to directions.
