Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. chicken broth (use broth from chicken)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Bone and chop.
Mix stuffing.
Mix melted oleo and chicken broth.
Spread stuffing mix in a large greased pan or casserole.
Mix chicken, onion, celery and mayo.
Spread chicken mixture on top of dressing.
Cover with remaining stuffing.
Beat eggs and add milk and pour this over entire casserole.
Spread 1 can mushroom soup on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
May be made and refrigerated overnight.
