Imperial Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    seasoning (if desired)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    chopped green pepper
    couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. crab meat
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and milk.
    Stir in beaten egg.
    Cool slightly.
    Add seasonings.
    Add crab meat to sauce and mix well.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 30 minutes.
