Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. nuts or raisins, chopped
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Core apples leaving small plug in peel, skin 1 inch from top. Combine sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
Fill apples with mixture. Arrange apples in microwave dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with water.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook on high 7 to 9 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
