Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. cooked small shrimp
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 green onions with tops
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. cold cooked rice
Preparation
    Beat eggs and water; set aside.
    Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat.
    Add green onions; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
    Add eggs and water mixture scramble.
    Stir in rice, gently separating grains.
    Add shrimp and soy sauce.
    Cook, stirring, until thoroughly heated.
