Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 3/4 c. Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon or Scotch (your choice)
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
    2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    In blender, combine ingredients.
    Blend until smooth.
    Serve over ice.
    Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
    Stir before serving.
