Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 c. canned milk
    1 large fryer, cut in serving pieces
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix rice, soups and milk together.
    Place in large casserole. Put chicken on top with skin side down.
    Salt and pepper it.
    Turn chicken once.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours, uncovered.
    Serves 4.
