Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix flour, milk and salt together until smooth.
Add egg; beat well, then add melted butter.
Before cooking sprinkle over batter baking powder; fold in lightly.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then skim off foam and fry.
Makes 12 pancakes.
