Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. pecans, broken
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, blend well and add vanilla and vinegar.
Add raisins and pecans.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell and cook at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm in the middle.
