1-2-3-4 Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs, separated
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    salt
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks; beat.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt, alternating with milk.
    Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff.
    Bake in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
