Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh bunch broccoli
1 c. stuffed olives, chopped
4 eggs, boiled and chopped
1/4 c. olive juice
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Wash broccoli and dice.
Peel green stems and dice.
Mix broccoli, olives, olive juice, eggs and mayonnaise.
Toss lightly. Chill.
Keep refrigerated.
