Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 - 16 oz. can creamed corn
1 - 10 oz. package frozen, chopped broccoli, cook and drain
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup coarse saltine cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced onion
dash of pepper
1/2 cup coarse saltine cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, butter, salt and pepper.
Turn into a one quart casserole dish. Combine the 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and remaining butter. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes.
