Cheesy Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. canned creamed corn
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk (evaporated)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    about 1/4 c. flour and cornmeal, mixed
    1 Tbsp. each: diced green pepper, red pepper and jalapeno pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until set in center.
    (Evaporated skim milk works well, too.)
