Low-Fat Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean sausage
6 slices bread, toasted and cut into small pieces
1 1/2 c. Butter Buds
2 1/2 c. 1% or skim milk
12 egg whites or Egg Beaters
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. fat-free Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In skillet, fry sausage, then drain, running hot water over sausage; let cool.
Butter bread (one side only) using Butter Buds.
Grate Cheddar cheese.
Alternate layers of bread pieces and cheese.
Beat egg whites or Egg Beaters with salt and milk.
Pour over mixture and let cool in refrigerator overnight.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
