Sausage And Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (6 oz.) box stuffing croutons
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 large apple, chopped
    poultry seasoning to taste
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 small can mushrooms
    3 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    rice
    according\tto
    package
    directions.
    Saute onions, celery
    and
    apple in margarine until tender.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Makes
    dressing for a 12 pound turkey or may be baked in
    greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
