Mexican Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 jalapeno, diced
    1 to 2 cans green chilies
    1 carton sour cream (small)
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and jalapeno pepper in butter.
    Add cooked rice.
    Stir in green chilies, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour into greased
    casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
