Twice Baked Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baking potatoes
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 c. sour cream
    2 cans small green chilies, diced
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in casserole as desired and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 8.
