Ingredients

2 qt. milk
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. Minute rice
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs well with fork or whisk.
Add sugar, vanilla and salt.
Beat well.
Add rice to milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Very slowly pour milk and rice mixture into egg mixture while stirring.
Pour into large mixing bowl.
Set bowl into pan of hot water, 2 inches deep.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
Stir well every 10 minutes for 3 times.
Bake another 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
