Tuna Salad Plate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 oz. can tuna
1/2 c. chopped apple
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato
Preparation

Drain tuna, break into chunks.
Cut tomato into 6 wedges. Combine tuna, apple and onion.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add to tuna mixture.
Toss lightly.
Cover and chill, if desired.
Line salad plate with lettuce.
Spoon tuna mixture in center of plate.
Arrange tomato around tuna mixture. Makes 1 serving.
