Hot Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    1 apple, finely sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and salt in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Toss with cabbage and apple slices.
    Dot with melted butter.
    Cover with lid. Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes on High, or until heated through.
    Serves 3 to 4.
