Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 qt.) box powdered milk crystals
1 (6 oz.) jar nondairy cream powder
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) can presweetened cocoa powder (Nestle Quik)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly covered jar. For each serving, use:
1/4 cup mix and 3/4 cup hot water.
