Apple Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. prepared fruit (about 3 lb. ripe apples)
7 c. (3 lb.) sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin
Preparation

First, prepare the fruit. Core and grind about 3 pounds fully ripe apples.
Measure 4 cups into a very large saucepan.
