Baked Crabmeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can lump crabmeat (fresh)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/2 c. celery, chopped finely
4 green onions, chopped finely
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste
salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute pepper, onion, green onion and celery in small amount of butter.
Combine crabmeat and all ingredients, except crumbs.
Put in casserole dish and sprinkle top with crumbs.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
May be prepared ahead of time.
