Grilled Lime Chicken With Black Bean Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. sweet red peppers, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. purple onions, finely chopped
    1 c. canned black beans, rinsed
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place chicken in a shallow dish; set aside.
    Combine lime juice and next 3 ingredients; divide mixture in half.
    Cover one portion and refrigerate; pour remaining portion over chicken, turning to coat.
    Cover chicken and refrigerate one hour.
